 1. Introduction

At WMP Multi-Media Network, we value integrity, innovation, and teamwork. As part of our team, you are expected to adhere to the highest standards of professionalism and ethics. This handbook provides guidelines to help you navigate your role effectively.

 2. Codes of Conduct

Professionalism: Maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions, both within the company and with clients.

Respect: Treat all colleagues and clients with respect and courtesy.

Integrity: Act with honesty and integrity in all business dealings.

Confidentiality: Protect the confidentiality of company and client information at all times.

Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and applicable laws and regulations.

 3. Social Media Policy

Representation: Do not represent WMP Multi-Media Network on personal social media accounts without prior authorization.

Content: Avoid posting content that could be perceived as harmful to the company’s reputation or that of its clients.

Confidentiality: Do not share confidential or proprietary information about WMP, its employees, or its clients on social media.

Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor in all social media interactions.

 4. Working Requirements

Workspace: Ensure you have a dedicated, quiet, and professional workspace free from distractions.

Availability: Be available during designated working hours and communicate any changes in availability promptly.

Equipment: Use company-provided or approved equipment and software to perform your duties.

Productivity: Maintain a high level of productivity and meet all deadlines.

 5. Zoom Meetings and Phone Calls

Environment: Conduct Zoom meetings and phone calls in a quiet, professional environment with a neutral background.

Appearance: Dress professionally for all video meetings, as you would in an in-office setting.

Punctuality: Be punctual for all scheduled meetings and calls.

Preparedness: Come prepared for meetings with all necessary documents and materials.

6. Ownership of Creative Works

All video, audio, photographs, ads, promotional materials, scripts and manuscripts produced within the scope of employment at WMP Multi-Media Network are the exclusive property of WMP Multi-Media Network. This includes any content created by contractor or employees. Employees and contractors acknowledge that they have no ownership rights or claims to these materials and that all intellectual property rights are retained by the WMP Multi-Media Network.

 7. Termination Policy

Notice: Provide at least two weeks’ notice if you intend to resign from your position.

Property: Return all company property promptly upon termination of employment.

Client Contact: Refrain from contacting past, present, or future clients of WMP Multi-media Network after termination perpetually. Refrain from disseminating files or documents to any WMP Multi-Media Network Clients.

Confidentiality: Continue to uphold confidentiality agreements and not disclose any proprietary or confidential information.

Termination by WMP: If WMP Multi-Media Network terminates your employment, you will be provided with written notice of termination. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all work-related activities, return all company property, files and current projects you are working on, and refrain from accessing any company systems or contacting clients. The confidentiality obligations and non-contact agreement remain in effect post-termination.
